Common Areas of Support
Group therapy offers a unique kind of healing—one that comes from being seen, heard, and supported by others walking a similar path. Whether you’re healing from trauma, navigating shame, or exploring identity, group work invites transformation through belonging.
I offer small, thoughtfully facilitated therapy groups designed to create emotional safety, mutual respect, and meaningful connection. This is a space where you can bring your whole self, practice vulnerability, and feel less alone.
Group topics may include:
• Trauma healing & emotional regulation
• Grief and loss
• Mind–body connection
• Shame and self-compassion
• Life transitions, identity, and belonging
• Mindfulness, boundaries, and nervous system care
• Addiction
Groups are kept intentionally small to foster depth, safety, and shared growth.
Healing in community is powerful—and sometimes, what we couldn’t do alone becomes possible together.
What to Expect from Therapy
Therapy is a gentle, collaborative process. You don’t need to have the “right words” or a clear plan when you arrive—just bring yourself.
Here’s what you can expect:
• A safe, confidential space to speak freely and without judgment
• A pace that respects your readiness and comfort
• Trauma-informed support rooted in compassion and neuroscience
• Client-oriented, mindfulness-based, or parts work (IFS) techniques, tailored to your needs
• A therapist who listens deeply, reflects with care, and works alongside you—not above you
• Clear structure: 50–60 minute for standard and 90 minutes for extended sessions, weekly or biweekly
• Options for short-term focus or longer-term healing
You set the goals, and we walk the path together.
