Common Areas of Support
Life can be challenging—whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, intrusive thoughts, addiction, burnout, or a major life transition. Individual therapy is your time and space to slow down, be heard, and heal. You don’t have to carry it all alone.
I offer trauma-informed, somatic, and relational therapy tailored to your pace and needs. Whether you’re a young adult exploring identity, in the midst of parenting, adapting to life after retirement, or beginning a new chapter in recovery—your story matters here.
Common areas of support include:
• Anxiety, depression, stress, and overwhelm
• Trauma, PTSD, complex trauma, and shame
• Life transitions (career changes, immigration, divorce, aging)
• Recovery from addiction and self-destructive behaviors
• Identity, self-worth, and cultural or spiritual exploration
• Emotional resilience, boundaries, and nervous system care
• Grief, loneliness, and finding meaning later in life (65+)
This space is open to people of all backgrounds, faiths, identities, genders, and life stages. You are welcome exactly as you are.
What to Expect from Therapy
Therapy is a gentle, collaborative process. You don’t need to have the “right words” or a clear plan when you arrive—just bring yourself.
Here’s what you can expect:
• A safe, confidential space to speak freely and without judgment
• A pace that respects your readiness and comfort
• Trauma-informed support rooted in compassion and neuroscience
• Client-oriented, mindfulness-based, or parts work (IFS) techniques, tailored to your needs
• A therapist who listens deeply, reflects with care, and works alongside you—not above you
• Clear structure: 50–60 minute for standard and 90 minutes for extended sessions, weekly or biweekly
• Options for short-term focus or longer-term healing
You set the goals, and we walk the path together.
