Common Areas of Support
Families are systems—when one part struggles, the whole feels it. Whether you’re navigating conflict, distance, generational patterns, or a major transition, family therapy offers a space where all voices can be heard and understood.
I help families slow down, listen with curiosity, and shift from reactivity to reconnection. My approach honors cultural backgrounds, intergenerational dynamics, and the unique stories within every family.
Family therapy may support:
• Parent–child conflict
• Sibling tension and emotional distance
• Generational trauma or unspoken grief
• Life changes (divorce, loss, blended families, illness, relocation)
• Cultural identity, roles, and communication patterns
• Strengthening bonds and shared understanding
All family constellations are welcome, including chosen families, intergenerational households, and blended or culturally diverse families.
When the family heals, everyone breathes a little easier.
What to Expect from Therapy
Therapy is a gentle, collaborative process. You don’t need to have the “right words” or a clear plan when you arrive—just bring yourself.
Here’s what you can expect:
• A safe, confidential space to speak freely and without judgment
• A pace that respects your readiness and comfort
• Trauma-informed support rooted in compassion and neuroscience
• Client-oriented, mindfulness-based, or parts work (IFS) techniques, tailored to your needs
• A therapist who listens deeply, reflects with care, and works alongside you—not above you
• Clear structure: 50–60 minute for standard and 90 minutes for extended sessions, weekly or biweekly
• Options for short-term focus or longer-term healing
You set the goals, and we walk the path together.
